Service Manager's University Classes
Jack Duncan Consulting announces the first official session of its Service Managers University. This will be a one week series of classes for the beginning or experienced service manager who has moved from a role where things are broken and must be fixed to one where they have responsibility for profits. With today's business models placing the burden of profits squarely on the aftermarket, this series is a must to help service managers become successful businessmen.
The first class will be held in Little Rock, AR December 4th - 8th.
Based on Jack's over 30 year career in service management, topics covered will deal with service benchmarking, P&L analysis, tracking productivity and profitability, manpower needs analysis, pricing service contracts to meet GP Targets, etc. Jack has been a speaker at the annual OMD User Group Symposium for many years as well as at the ITEX Show and is a contributing author to Image Source magazine.
This class will be based on information obtained from the OMD operating system, however plans are being made for another class in the near future that will cover other software systems as well.
