Strategy Development Expands Team, Jack Duncan Joins Firm’s Service Practice


Bryn Mawr, PA (September 2009) - Strategy Development, a management-consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jack Duncan has joined the firm as a consultant. In this role, Jack will join Mike Woodard in the practice area of improving service deliverable and profit margins.

Duncan brings to Strategy Development an exceptional reputation as a consultant and service leader within the imaging industry. Duncan spent his first 30 years in the industry in numerous service roles from service technician to service manager to vice president of service as well as several years as a regional technical manager for one of the industry’s largest manufacturers. He has served on advisory panels for both manufacturers and software providers.

In his previous position as vice president of service for ASI Business Solutions in Dallas, Duncan successfully navigated the industry model, meeting or exceeding the goals for profits while providing superior service and customer satisfaction. Duncan’s expertise spans all aspects of service and supplies to include inventory and purchasing as well as system administration. Over the last five years, Duncan has been the principal of Jack Duncan Consulting, Inc. (JDC) and has helped many dealers implement or perfect their service reporting and improve service operations. JDC is also a recognized leader in service management training having started its Service Managers University in 2004.
