Strategy Development Holds Successful Business Planning Workshop
Bryn Mawr, PA (Jan. 2010) - Dealers are seeking strategies to grow revenue and profits in the face of year over year industry unit placement declines, a shift from A3 to A4 products, a difficult financing environment and new competition for pages from other channels selling managed print services. Dealers need to be able to develop and implement a sound business plan.
Strategy Development held the inaugural BTA Business Planning Workshop last month in Chicago with a group of 28 participants looking for strategies to grow revenue and profits The group was comprised of executives from all disciplines including dealer principals, sales leaders, service leaders, and finance and operations leadership.
Participants left the 2.5 day workshop with the tools and processes they need to develop and execute on a sound business plan and to integrate that business plan into their operational processes.
