StructuredWeb Appoints Director of Client Service Operations, KM/CRM
Secaucus, NJ – StructuredWeb, Inc., the leading provider of web-based customer relationship management services for small to mid-sized businesses, announced today that the company has appointed Shachar Melamed as director of client service operations, KM/CRM. Mr. Melamed will be based in the company’s Secaucus office.
Mr. Melamed brings more than 16 years of implementing enterprise-level software solutions to the position, including over seven years in the strategic development and application of knowledge management and CRM programs. Mr. Melamed will oversee management of the operations division to include implementation teams in Web Design, Catalog, eCommerce, CRM, Customer Care & Support, and Account Management.

Prior to joining StructuredWeb, Mr. Melamed was director of operations for Sky Solutions, a software systems integrator in New Jersey, where he established the CRM and knowledge management business unit. Prior to that he was vice president of operations for Kamoon in Fort Lee, NJ and built the operations division for this start-up company in the knowledge management practice.
Mr. Melamed is IBM-certified as an eBusiness Solution Advisor and also has been awarded additional certifications in CRM business solutions, knowledge management, as well as web engineering, hosting, and testing.
