TallyGenicom Introduces Five New Serial Matrix Printers
TallyGenicom announced the launch of the LA650, LA800, LA550N, LA550W and 7265 serial matrix printers.
“The introduction of our new series of serial matrix printers clearly shows TallyGenicom’s commitment to the impact printer market,” said Chris Folk, Product Marketing Manager, TallyGenicom. “Impact printers offer the lowest cost per copy of any printer technology and we believe there will always be a robust market for high-speed, reliable impact printers.”
Designed for the Digital/Compaq systems environment, the LA650 and LA800 are fast, versatile printers that are ideal for printing continuous single and multi-part forms used in a wide variety of business, commercial and industrial settings. The LA650 produces up to 900 cps and is ideal for printing multi-part invoices, shipping documents and bar code labels at a workload of up to 40,000 pages per month; the LA800 boasts faster speeds, at up to 1,100 cps and 50,000 pages per month workload. Both printers can accommodate up to 6-part forms with no skewing or jamming, and automatically adjust for different form thickness.
Also designed for the Digital/Compaq systems environment, the LA550N and LA550W produce high-quality front-office transaction documents. The LA550N has a small 80-column footprint and the LA550W has a 136-column footprint. Each printer has the capacity to produce up to 750 cps and 26,000 pages per month with the quality that comes from 24-pin print heads. The LA550N and LA550W printers also load up to three forms at once and have straight paper paths for ease-of-use operation. Their rugged design and quiet operation make them the appropriate choice for use in warehouses and shipping docks to front offices.
The 7265 is yet another high-speed, rugged offering from TallyGenicom. With print speeds of up to 900 cps, the 7265 is fast enough to handle almost any business environment, yet versatile enough to produce multi-part invoices and 6-part forms. The printer’s rugged design allows the 7265 to produce quality documents of different formats, thickness and size at a rate of up to 40,000 pages per month.
