Tech Data U.S. Helps Resellers Generate Recurring Revenue Through Managed Services

CLEARWATER, FL - Tech Data Corporation enhanced resellers' ability to deliver high-margin, professional IT services by establishing a distribution agreement with managed services vendor InnovationsTech. Tech Data customers now have access to an array of remote network management solutions and a host of threat assessment and security audit tools. Managed services from InnovationsTech enable resellers to remotely monitor and manage their customers' network operations 24 hours a day.

Tech Data distributes InnovationsTech's NetWatch and NetManage managed services tools. Through NetWatch, resellers can monitor a user's networking infrastructure to ensure optimum performance and resource availability, as well as identify suspicious activity and security threats. NetManage provides remote management services ranging from software updates, security patches and firewall maintenance to data backup, network performance enhancement and device configuration. In many cases, resellers can take corrective action without dispatching a technician to a customer's site.
