Tom Callinan is the founding principal of Strategy Development , a management consulting and advanced sales training firm for technology and outsourcing companies. From 1998 to 2005, he was an executive with IKON Office Solutions, most recently vice president and general manager of IKON's largest business unit with revenue of $1.4 billion. Prior to IKON, he was the founder and CEO of Copifax Inc.
Teri Dunn is the Director of Consulting for Print Management Solutions Group and a master facilitator for the company’s Selling Managed Print Services professional development program. Teri’s responsibilities follow a distinguished career of 26 years with Global Imaging Systems companies in Pennsylvania, Washington and Oregon and finally as Global Corporate Vice President of Marketing. Teri’s responsibilities which originated in sales led to roles of Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President, Company President, and Group President. In her role as Corporate Vice President of Marketing she assumed the rollout of Global’s successful national Print Management initiative. Teri was also responsible for curriculum, administration and training of the “Sales and Marketing” module within the National Global Leadership Institute.
Krista Moore is highly recognized as an inspirational speaker, executive coach, and sales trainer. She addresses hundreds of businesses internationally, through her seminars, coaching programs and web-based training. Krista brings 20 years of sales leadership experience working for a progressive office and computer products independent, Regional Sales Manager for Boise Cascade and as a VP of Sales for Corporate Express. For the past 7 years, as President of K. Coaching, Krista dedicates much of her time helping businesses and their sales executives get to their highest level of achievement and profitability. She is passionate about coaching others to have outstanding success in their life and their career.
Born and educated in Virginia, Ann spent 10 years in the Court Reporting business in Washington, D.C. before beginning a successful sales career in 1980 for an office equipment dealership in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 1993 Ann started a consulting and training business in Virginia Beach. She develops and presents workshops and sales seminars for the office equipment industry.
Thomas Cooke is the Managing Principal of Print Management Solutions Group and the Founder and President of Learning Outsource Group. As a nationally recognized speaker and facilitator, he has been a featured speaker at numerous office imaging industry conferences for a variety of organizations and OEM’s. He has authored or co-authored various training programs including Selling Managed Print Services and Sales Management Leadership in the 21st Century. Thousands of executives, managers and sales professionals have participated in programs he has created or facilitated since 1992. He is highly respected as an industry authority in Sales Education and Sales Management Leadership Development.
Perry successfully launched NPD’s office supplies business in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of business management including marketing, sales, and client and product development. He provides executive-level guidance, industry analysis, and overall strategic value to NPD’s clients about the consumer and commercial side of office supplies.
